Three Things....
1. It appears that the ole Cedric Benson that we knew as a Bear is back!! Ced Ben was arrested and charged with assault this morning!!!
2. Reports are that the White Sox are interested in Adam Dunn. A left-handed DH (just like Thome!!) would certainly fill a need.
3. Dueling Couches is reporting that if Doc Rivers steps down, the C's short lists of replacements include Vinny Del Negro and Kevin McHale. If that true, you better hope that Doc stays!!

If Texas stays, this may just put a stop to the "dominos falling."
Great news!!!
Also, Nebraska and the Big Ten- enjoy each other!!

Welcome Back, Stanley Cup!!
A lot has changed in the 49 years you were gone. The Bears won a Super Bowl, the Bulls won 6 NBA Titles and yes, even the White Sox won a World Series.
But some things NEVER change. The Cubbies did not even make it to a World Series while you were gone! Make that 100 plus years without a Cubs World Series championships!!

Cavs Throwing Boatloads of Money At Izzo!
http://www.chicagobreakingsports.com/2010/06/cavaliers-courting-izzo.html
Sources have the Cavs offering $6 million a year ($30 million for 5 years) to Michigan State's Tom Izzo!
Now Izzo is far from the poor house @ $3 million a year and he obviously loves Michigan State. But, how could he not be tempted by $6 million a year (especially if the $30 million is guaranteed).
Izzo is a great college coach. Would he be a good NBA coach? Who knows? But does it matter. If he ends up getting fired by the Cavs, it is not like some college wouldn't jump at the chance to bring him back to the college ranks like Louisville did with Pitino.
If the rumored numbers are correct ($30 million for 5 years), I think he takes the job.
And Lebron- he's still coming to Chicago.
Sunday- That's More Like it!
1. Blackhawks Win (Pronger with a -5! Sweet)
2. Sox Win- after being down 6-2, come back with a 8-7 win. Buerhle still baaaaaaaaaaaad, but a much needed victory; and,
3. Cubbies lose

Game 2 Stanley Cup Final- Best Ratings Ever!!
Stanley Cup Final- Blackhawks Up 2-0
Here's the video of Pronger and Eager after the game.
What the hell is Pronger doing on the ice!?
I am concerned about the lack of the first line (Toews, Kaner & Buff) scoring. But being up 2-0 is niiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiice!
Here's the Recap from Dueling Couches:
