Scottie Pods be traded from the South to the North side?
(Hey, as long as Ms. Pods keeps coming to Chicago, who cares which side of town Scottie is on!) White Sox fans are already lamenting the possibility of Pods helping the Cubs get into the playoffs. But, for Pods wouldn't it be inceridble if he could be a World Series hero on both sides of town!!!

It would be nice for Pods if he helped put away his Brewers.

I am surprised that the Brewers didn't try to calim Pods on waivers, just to block the trade to the Cubs!! Maybe the Brew Crew don't think he can help the Cubs that much or they are conceding defeat.
As a frustrated Brewers fan, all I can say is that the Brewers really don't give much thought to anything. Someone like Pods would be a great help to the Crew in light of the fact that the team is so young and inexperienced. I bet they don't even try to get a pitcher.

My mistake- since the Brewers have a better record than the Cubs, I don't think they could have blocked the trade.
