NCAA Letter to Penn State

I thought that the NCAA would stay out of this, categorizing this as a criminal matter for judicial authorities to resolve. Well I was wrong- and good for the NCAA.

    This is a PR disaster for the NCAA and the Syracuse allegations aren't helping either.
