Poor Hank Baskett. I got to imagine he's gonna get cut by the Vikings (1 reception). Now, Kendra wants to cut him off from any money from her Porn tape and reality show.
Got to tell you, I have never heard of a post-nuptial agreement. But thankfully I am not a family lawyer. But why ever stay married to her if she doesn't want to share her money with you.
Just imagine this conversation between the two.
Kendra: "Hank, I know you are really embarrassed by the sex tape that I made. I hope you don't take too much ribbing in the locker room. But, hey at least we will make some money from it."
Hank "Kendra, I love you."
Kendra: "Oh, Hank, by the way, since it is my sex tape, I don't want to share any of the money with you."
So, why stay married to her, Hank? Love? She loves you so much that she lives in LA while you are in Minnesota and she won't share her money with you. Great sex? Well, maybe, but it can't be that often since she lives in LA while he is in Minnesota.

My lawyerly advice -- no post-nup. Post-nups are generally enforceable if made for consideration. What exactly will be her consideration? "I will give you $20 and you agree to waive $1,000,000?

I would think if he divorces her now, he might get a decent amount (depending on the pre-up).
Is a blow job sufficient consideration-under the law?
Certain types might be -- you'd have to establish conduct above and beyond the reasonable expectation of a hubby.
