Here's The Link to Prez Calling to Congratulate Another White Sox!

http://thehill.com/blogs/blog-briefing-room/news/223235-obama-congratulates-white-sox-pitcher-on-perfect-game

Humber Gets the Call From the First Fan!

As reported by faithful reader Daniel Strauss-
http://thehill.com/blogs/blog-briefing-room/news/223235-obama-congratulates-white-sox-pitcher-on-perfect-game

Right up there with a tweet from Kate Upton!

Current Ranking of White Sox Rotation

1. Jake Peavy- if I did the rankings on Monday morning (as I planned to), then Philip Humber would be #1 coming off the Perfecto, but Peavy is 3-0 with an ERA under 2.00. If he's healthy and strong, he the ace- plain and simple.
2. Philip Humber- Perfect Game! Perfect Game!
3. Chris Sale- can dominant. Needs to learn how to be a starter-less walks, less pitches so he can last longer into games.
4. John Danks- can be great, can be not so great.
5. Gavin Floyd- the starter that I have the least faith in, because of his inconsistency.

Adam Dunn- No Longer UWAD!?

White Sox fans can only hope.
So far one has to be encouraged.

Jake "Bulldog" Peavy!

A 3-hit CG shutout! 3-0 record. ERA under 2.00.
If Jake is recovered from injury and healthy, watch the F out!
Bulldog!!

Chicago- We Damn Good On Saturday!!

1. Cubbbies- usually can care less if the Cubs win, but they started Saturday off in a good way.
2.White Sox- the highlight of the day, the 21st Perfect Game in MLB history by good guy Philip Humber (96 pitches, 9Ks). There are 21 perfect games in MLB history and 3 of them are by White Sox pitchers.
3. Bulls defeat defending champs Dallas Mavericks as the Bullets beat the Heat.
4. Blackhawks win to starve off elimination.

Gosh, even the Fire, Rush (Arena Football) and the Chicago Slaughter (Indoor Football) won!

Kate Upton Welcomes Philip Humber to the Perfect Club!

So I guess Humber and Buerhle sit at a table laughing at Verlander as Kate Upton tells him: "No way, Jose!"

27 up, 27 down! Very Nice!

UPDATE: Justin Verlander on twitter (good for him!):

Congrats to ! 21st perfect game in history. Guess will let him in the perfect club now. I'm still out! Lol

Verlander:
"Can't get in," he said, shaking his head. "Humber's going to be in. Kate Upton's going to let him go right by me and stop me."

New York Wishes Fenway a Happy 100th!!

That's Six in a Row for the Cubbies!

Six losses, of course!

Chicago- Loser City

1. Blackhawks lose again! Down 3-1, so the season is over (this team will not win three straight).
2. Bulls get beat up by the Heat. Nothing has changed- get Rose healthy and ready for a long playoff run.
3. Cubs lose to the Marlins.
4. White Sox lose to Orioles.

Today's Birthday Girl- Jennifer Taylor

Very underrated. Best known for her role in "Two and A Half Men." But also appeared in "Wild Things."

Brooklyn Decker- Gisele Bundchen. Nice!

You Know Cubbies Are Losing When...

(well, I guess you can finish that sentence with pretty much anything) Cubs fans are tweeting about how the Cubbies are outdrawing the White Sox in attendance.

Chicago- We Good

1. Bulls DESTROY the PITIFUL Bobcats.
2. White Sox bounce back with a win backed by a Bulldog Jake Peavy pitching performance and an early season power surge from AJ.
3. Buerhle 9 Cubbies 1, so all is good in Chicago sports- for at least one day

Rhian Sugden Just Tweeted That She is In Poland

I'm Polish-American. I have been to Poland.
That is all.

Ozzie and the Marlins

Must watch TV, if you got Showtime!

Simply Great Heckler Headline

Not to be outdone by his teammate's being seen with Chicagoan Jenny McCarthy, The Heckler finds Lance Briggs with Chicagoan- Melissa McCarthy!!!

Happy Birthday!

A truly great day for birthdays. Not for those celebs that TMZ follows around but much more people that that.
1. The K's Old Man has made it to another birthday. Far from the best of health now a days, I'm lucky for every day he's still here much less another year. You're the best, Pop!
2. Pete- somewhere in London, maybe in a London Pub right now.
3. Tommie Z- yep, his old man will be taking him for his driver's license today!
4. Willie- the only Packers' fan I like. The Young Sports Encyclopedia is still a year away from his drivers' license, but already a ladies' man he hardly needs a car to improve his swag!!
Enjoy!!

No Surprise That Wade Backs Off

his "we should get paid for paying in the Olympics" comments.
This had PR nightmare written all over it.

Northside v. Southside!

You can take the kid out of the Southside, but you can't take the Southside out of the kid!

Chicago- Right Now Things Are Good

1. Bears Linebackers- Lance Briggs gets a contract extension and Urlacher is dating (allegedly) Jenny McCarthy!
2. Blackhawks- first game of the playoffs tonight in Phoenix and Toews may play.
3. Bulls- still the #1 team in the East.
4. White Sox- winning record while the Cubbies are 1-5 (plus the Tigers and Verlander actually lost!)
