Leyson Septimo, You have Big Shoes to Fill- HA! That's Funny!

If you hear any one state- He's worse than Will Ohman,  they he's really, really bad!

I Know It's A Big Day- But Sorry, No Politics No Religion on The K-Line

Of course, we can and often acknowledge that the White House is Occupied by a White Sox Fan.
Hey, "My House, My Rules!"

In Case You Didn't Know, Nyjer Morgan Is A Dick

RIP, Don Grady aka Robbie Douglas

Na, Na, Na, Na, Hey, Hey Goodbye!

Will Ohman, you dare give up 3 runs to the Twins in 2 innings- see ya!!

Aaron Sorkin- Not Exactly Mr. Orginality

White Sox Wrap-up: Time to Score Some Runs

Well the offense continues its struggles of the last few weeks and Jake Peavy once again received no run support (although he should be thankful for some great defense, especially from Beckham).

A.  DeAza's slump continues and I like the fact that he tried to bunt his way out of it.. He was safe on a close call, so hopefully that will give him confidence to keep battling at it. Having said that, a day off in the next few days might be warranted. It will be good to give Jordan Danks a start. PK could probably use a day off soon with Youk or Dunn getting the start at first.

B. Not sure if Robin will change things up today but I would like to see how this batting order would work today:
1. DeAza
2. Gordon Beckham
3. Youk
4. PK
5. Dunn
6. Rios
7. AJ
8. Dayan
9. Alexei

C. Will Ohman did not totally suck yesterday.  Veteran left handed relievers are not falling off the trading tree and Santiago is going to be up and down. As much as most White Sox fans would like to see him gone, it's not gonna happen for a while. Until then, just keep your fingers crossed while he's in the game.

D. Gavin Floyd on the mound today. Hopefully it will be the Good Gavin (correction, Very Good Gavin) that we saw against the Cubs. Yeah, it was the Cubs but still. And of course, some run support would be great. Time to Score some runs!

Ranking the White Sox Pen- And the Young Shall Lead Them!

The White Sox Bullpen has some young arms plus some veteran arms including 2010 All-Star Matt Thornton. But if you had to rank the arms right now it would be the youngsters at the top of the list.

1. Addison Reed- young closer brings the heat.
2. Nate Jones- hopefully the White Sox set-up guy for a long, long time.
3. Hector Santiago- had his troubles in the closer role early on but has potential. Screwball. Could be a starter some day. Best lefty in ht pen right now.
4. Jesse Crain- has not been quite as sharp as last year. May be because of is DL stint. If he cab be close to last year's form, things will be good.
5. Matt Thornton- Sox fans now hold their collective breath when he enters the game. Need a veteran lefty in the pen or else still has trade value.
6. Will Ohman- "Oh-man!" Can be effective for 1 or 2 batters, but anything more than that and close your eyes.

Rodney King Dead

Can't help but think about how many people that have been on "Celebrity Rehab" are now dead.
1, Rodney King
2. Mike Starr
3. Jeff Conaway

Well, at least the show always had babes on it.

NBC- What Are You Doing?

NBC has a pilot for the "Saving Hope" tonight. I have seen no promos for this show and the fact that it is summer debut shows NBC's lack of faith in this program. But you would think that NBC might wan to run some promos with its star- Erica Durance?

But of course, NBC knows what it is doing!

Happy Birthday Paul Giamatti

One of my favorite actors. My top Giamatti roles-
1. Sideways- one of my all time favorite movies.
2. American Splendor- great film and incredible acting
3. Cinderella Man- "Pop.Pop. Bam!"
4. Win, Win.- A very good independent film
5. Private Parts- "Pig Vomit"

HM: Donnie Brasco (bit role as "FBI Technican")
Barney's Version- An average film but once again     Giamatti is great.

Was Amanda Bynes Joking on Twitter?

Lebron Is Not and Never Will Be MJ!

That is all!

Carlos Quentin- If He Could Only Avoid Injury

Ex-White Sox Carlos Quentin is hitting at an incredible pace since coming off of the DL. And that's his problem. If he could avoid injuries he would be among the best players in the major leagues.

Chris Sale Brings the Winning Back!

One win in a row! But first place, even this early in the season is real nice!
