For those of you too young to remember Art Schlichter was a great college qb at Ohio State. I believe that his best season was his sophomore season where he came within a 1 point Rose Bowl defeat to leading OSU to the National Championship. He was the 4th player picked in the draft by the Colts. But life was mostly been arrests and prison since then.
