Right now, I would say that the Big Ten could be favored in 7 of the 12 games. Only clear favorite for the ACC right now would be Carolina (probably pre-season #1) over Wisconsin.
(Okay, the real purpose of this post is to add some pics of ACC babes.)

I agree with Frank. However, if the UW game was played at the Kohl Center the Badgers would win.

UW is unbelievable good at home and could beat the Tarholes at Kohl Center, but Carolina would probably still be favored.
