NOT ALL GREAT NEWS AT TEXAS TECH!

TEXAS TECH goes 11-1, but lately things have not been great.

First, reports surface that Mike Leach has interviewed for the University of Washington job. Could just be a ploy to get more $ from Texas Tech (but it would be nice if Leach takes the job at Washington and goes up against Weis next year).

Second, a Texas Tech defensive back has been arrested and charged with felony possession of cocaine!

on 205th magazine's countdown continues

The 100 Hottest WAGs (81-90)

http://www.on205th.com/

87. Gena Lee Nolin

86. Julia Schulz Tomko!

85. Anna Benson

I find it hard to believe that there are 84 WAGs hotter than Anna Benson and Julia (former Playboy Model and the blond star of Playboy's Naturals) Schulz Tomko!

And Mike Phelps' new babe is certainly not hotter than those two!

But, still an "A" for effort!

No free speech in the "politically correct" NHL.

Is the phrase "sloppy seconds" really that offensive?

MERRY CHRISTMAS CHARLIE WEIS....

... and Charlie Weis supporters. ESPN is reporting that Weis will coach the Irish in 2009.

Check out ND's 2009 schedule! It may be weaker than the 2008 schedule! I count 8 wins (an open date before USC!). Sounds like Weis will be able to justify his not being fired.

Sept. 19 MICHIGAN STATE

Sept. 26 at Purdue

Oct. 3 WASHINGTON

Oct. 10 Open Date

Bye, Bye, Javy!

ESPN is reporting that White Sox pitcher Javy Vazquez has been traded to the Braves for 4 players- but, so far, they ain't telling me who the 4 players are.
Javy will do great for the Braves as long as the Braves are not in the playoff race. A meaningless game-Javy's great. A big game pitcher- no way! Just ask Ozzie!

Actually don't care that much about Plax, just wanted to post this picture. Wondering- is this a legal way to carry a gun in New York?

And if she looks like one of these Iowa co-eds, not bad!
