I like the "he has been interviewed regarding 10 different incidents" dealie.
Get in trouble with the law from time to time -- 1 year suspension.
But let me understand this -- try to choke your coach and then pursue him later, literally trying to kill him (Latrell Sprewell)-- one year suspension deemed "too severe".
Incite a riot by going into the stands and punching everyone in sight (Stephen Jackson)-- 30 games.
(Jackson, convicted of an offense related to strip club gunplay received NO suspension this year from the NBA).
I guess the lesson is -- go to the NBA, not the NFL.

Question HM- who has the stronger players' union, NBA or NFL?
I am not sure that there is a more management-friendly players association than the NFLPA.
That may also be why the NFL has the best overall league.
