My understanding is that, unless you want to be 100% flat chested, you cannot have your implants "removed" -- you need to have smaller ones put in.
Pam Anderson tried this same thing and soon realized that w/o the monster set she is just a pleasant-looking 30ish woman. Jenna will come back to us, K. Worry not.
HM- I think you are correct, becasue if that is indeed a picture of Jenna post- implants, then while smaller, they still have a nice "curve-a-ture" going.
