I would say that a number of ladies on the list may be flat-out sexier-looking than Erin, but they do a shitty job. So if there is ANY requirement at all that you do your job well, Erin wins by 100 miles. Hey, if you have ever seen Lisa G.'s playboy spread, it would be hard to argue against her.
