FURTHER PROOF THAT THE 2005 NFL DRAFT SUCKED!
With the Bears releasing 2nd Round Pick WR Mark Bradley, the Bears now have 1 player from the 2005 Draft on its roster- 4th rounder Kyle Orton! Hey AS, pretty much rivals the Vikings' 2005 draft!

Please do Vikings fans the courtesy of not suggesting that the Bears' 2005 draft was anywhere near as bad as the Vikings (given that your remaining pick, Orton, is at least a starter).
Wallowing in the sorrow of consistently poor draft classes has been the raison d'etre for Vikings fans for nearly ten years.
Sure, you can point to Adrian Peterson as a sterling pick in 2006(though if the Vikings had their druthers, they would have picked safety LaRon Landry -- snapped up one pick earlier by Washington).
Only the Vikings' first two picks in the 2003 draft (Kevin Williams and E.J. Henderson) stand as evidence of any ability on the part of Vikings management to identify a potential NFL star.
The Vikings' chance pick of Adrian Peterson has, of course, allowed the team to avoid collapsing into a black hole under the leadership of Brad Childress.
Could be worst for both of us- What about the Lions' draft classes! Matt Millen FINALLY out!
Addition by subtraction ...
The fact that Matt Millen kept his job this long is one of the great mysteries of this young century.
Wayne Fontes should be GM and coach . . . and before "you say Badger you are an idiot, remember the last time the Lions were good!"
