Will JJ Redick Be a Bull?

Bulls signed Redick to a 3-year $19 million offer sheet. All indications are that the Magic will match the offer for the restricted free agent.

Meaning the Bulls still need a shooting guard.

UPDATED: It now looks like the Bulls may in fact get Redick

How would you like to be replaced by (San) Quentin Richardson?

Wow. Offensive rating of 123 last year for JJ -- second best in the entire league. Good signing of you can get him -- they might choose to match and then just go sign-and-trade with one of the teams that are still a gazillion dollars under the cap.

I think the Magic would prefer to keep Redick, but the Bulls front-loaded the offer sheet, so the Magic would take a luxury tax hit.
