So Thomas' defense is that the videotaped dep was "spliced"!?! (Is that the basis for the appeal?)
So, let me make sure I understand this Isiah. You basically accusing the plaintiffs' lawyers of tampering with the evidence and major ethical violations. In addition you must be calling your own legal team- morons because, to continue with your argument, your legal team did not have a copy of the "true deposition" that they could immediately supply to the court and at the very least, call for an immediate mistrial! Here's hoping that Sharpton doesn't buy Zeke's ridiculous argument!

Isiah.....sigh. OK, Zeke, release the ENTIRE video deposition so that we can all watch the whole thing.
Isiah -- great litigant. Doesn't even understand the process. A primer:
1) At trial the other lawyer may deisgnate ANY portion of your video deposition for playback at trial. Your lawyer can then counter with ANY portion of the deposition in which you say something to the contrary. So, if there were "splicing" that would be revealed very quickly.
2) Your depo wasn't leaked, idiot. A trial is a public event. What happens at a trial is public information. So, they play your stupid video dep, it becomes public. It isn't "leaked."
Sharpton called for Imus's firing and Zeke's.........apology??? Don't be too harsh, Al.
