Who's better? Chad Johnson or Randy Moss.
Chad wants out of Cincinnati (reports are that the Redskins are interested) and Randy Moss is a free agent (reports are that the Pats want to keep him). So, who's better right now?
Moss is currently better, though it would not be inconceivable that Johnson may be the better receiver over the tail end of Moss's career. Though he has the image of a petulant goon, I understand that Johnson actually takes very good care of himself (unlike Moss). Johnson is also an excellent route runner and should continue to be for some time. Landing with the right team would dramatically help Johnson's chances of improving his perception as an elite receiver.

I agree with AS and Hm. I have never met AS, but Badger you got to be shorter than him- you and HM are about the same height.
