Here's what I don't understand. I have been told (my sister-in-law watches it) that there is a fairly popular show on TV about a family with 8 kids. So rather than filing for bankruptcy and avoiding his obligations to his kids, why not get a big old house and raise all the kids on his own reality show. If the Babies' Mommies want to leave with them- the more the merrier! You don't think VH1- with shows like Flavor of Love and all its offsprings of shows, e.g., I Love New York-would broadcast this! Caffey can coach his kids- two full basketball teams- in full court games. All we need is a good name for the show. Big Caffey's House? Jason Plus 10, with More on the Way?

Reason for the dismissal? Filed in bad faith.
Poor Shawn Kemp -- his legend is fading in light of Travis Henry and Jason Caffey.
Saw the order, but nothing specific. However, for there to be a bar (usually a 180 day bar and more frequently in chapter 7s and 13s and not in a chapter 11 case!) it has be "bad faith."
