Agreed- he needs the power of the beard. I don't see him coming to the White Sox, unless that means "bye-bye" Scotty Pods. I guess that Damon and Dye can rotate int he outfield and DH.
Damon would be an upgrade on Pods. I like Pods, but, he can be a utility player, or a reserve if someone gets hurt. I want to go to a white sox playoff game this year and anything the sox do to accomplish this would be appreciated.

I only want him on the Sox if he has his beard. Ever since he was forced to shave it, he hasn't been so good.
