The Big Ten has been a bridemaids three times in the last ten years CORRECTION-FOUR TIMES, forgot about Indiana(Illinois, Ohio State and Michigan State). But the Big Ten better win a title soon, or they will get surpassed by the Horizon League!

How many final fours have the Big Ten been in? Elite 8's? Sweet 16s? Maybe the Big Ten hasn't won it all but they have done quite well.

But when it comes to the NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP, not quite theree. Facts are Facts, Badger! Based on Butler's succes, you should go back to the moniker "UIC Badger". Hopefully Bulter's succes will put more pressure on Loyola and UIC to keep up with Butler!

Butler's success shows what coaching can do for a team. Jimmy Collins was hired to bring in the recruits. He hasn't been able to do that, and his X and Os was never as good as Bob Hallberg's (his predecessor). Both UIC and Loyola should consider hiring a more prominent coach in the near future. For example, as to Loyola, Iowa's former coach is available and he used to coach at Butler.
