Another one bites the dust. It is being reported that the Memphis Grizzlies have fired head coach Marc Iavaroni, which would make him the seventh NBA coach fired this season.

When I see Vinnie on the bench it is clear to me that he is in way over his head. You can see that he is trying to learn, but he just isn't ready to be an NBA head coach.
I would say that it is not his fault, but the truth is that he applied for a job that he wasn't remotely qualified for. So he knew he might get hired. So it is part his fault and part the fault of the fool who hired a guy who had never coached at any level of ball.
