Lower echelon of the Big Ten from the past few years is MUCH improved (Minnesota, NW, Penn State, Michigan) and there really isn't any elite team at the top (certainly not Mich State or Wisconsin). Looks like another ugly Purdue Big Ten title.
Competitive, not crappy. Probably the best conference, other than the ACC.Badger
