As I told someone awhile again (and was laughed at), it looks like the ACC is holding out hope that Notre Dame will eventually become a full-time ACC member (joining for football too) before adding another team.
This certainly does not look good for the Big East, especially when coupled with the news that the Catholic school members of the ACC met to discuss forming a Catholic school basketball conference.
